Avoid!!!!! Awful customer service, awful people, awful experience.
If only there were 0 stars. Disgusting customer service, take no responsibility for faulty items! In this case, I have a highchair that runs ink everywhere and a bathing station that underwent an investigation, concluded to be faulty.
Promised me a refund ( proof in terms of email), didn’t refund me so I emailed another 3 times. Still no response only to discover they have blocked my email address! Emailed from a different address and it went straight through! This was confirmation. They treat you with no respect, as per my review on google along with many others- once they have your money, they don’t care about any issues they occur after that. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their prices may be competitive but it’s not worth the hassle if you need a problem/issue rectified. I have reported my issues to trading standards who will be assisting me further if I do not get a fair response from these people.
Another thing to add, when I left a negative review of a product, it was NEVER published. They do this to trick people into buying poor quality products by stripping rights to make an informed choice on honest reviews.
