- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have been a regular client of Kens for at least 10 years and have always been happy with the food and the service until tonight. We decided to order a quarter of duck plus a meal for 2 and exchanged one of the dishes for chicken satay noodles. The girl who took the order said it would be 5 minutes, 25 minutes later the food finally arrived - fast food it was not even though we were the only customer in the restaurant at the time. When I got home I discovered they had made a mistake as there was clearly no chicken satay noodles. I rang Kens expecting as a loyal customer some kind of redress. Whilst the girl who took the order was extremely sorry, she had taken the order down incorrectly as chicken satay, not chicken satay noodles, but the management flatly refused to do anything about it. I am genuinely annoyed, I expected better of them, and as a result I shall probably not use Kens again. There are plenty of other Chinese take-aways in Grantham and I intend to try them out.By Admin, November 20, 2018
